Pigment Yellow 14 (PY-14) is a high-performance organic yellow diarylide azo pigment characterized by a bright, vivid yellow color and high tinting strength. The pigment produces clean, intense shades and disperses well in various binder systems, making it a versatile solution for industrial applications.

Due to its good hiding power, resistance to oils, water, acids, and alkalis, as well as high thermal stability, Pigment Yellow 14 is widely used in the production of printing inks and coatings (paints and coatings), in polymer coloring (PVC, PE, PP, and other plastics), and in colored rubber products. Pigment Yellow PY-14 is suitable for both water-based and solvent-based systems, including offset, flexographic, and gravure printing.

Pigment Yellow 14 exhibits stable color tone and maintains color intensity when blended with other organic and inorganic pigments. Depending on the type of binder and fillers, it can produce shades ranging from pure yellow to slightly greenish yellow, allowing its use in a wide range of color formulations.

Thanks to its combination of brightness, cost efficiency, and stability, organic yellow pigment PY-14 is a widely used solution for producing bright yellow shades in industrial and decorative coloring.

The pure bright yellow shade of Pigment Yellow 14, when blended with other pigments and fillers, allows achieving the following popular RAL shades: RAL 1016 (Sulfur Yellow), RAL 1018 (Zinc Yellow), RAL 1021 (Rape Yellow), RAL 1023 (Traffic Yellow), RAL 1003 (Signal Yellow).
